Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of IT experience with strong development background on IBM i (AS400).

Minimum of 2 years in a Technical Lead capacity.

Expertise in RPGLE (Free Format & SQL RPG), CLLE, DB2 / 400, and embedded SQL.

Strong understanding of technical design and solution architecture.

Proven experience working with change control and DevOps tools such as ARCAD and Jenkins.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable with the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
