Design Engineer – Transmission Line
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering (secondary)
Experience : 3–7 years
Location : Chennai
Role Overview :
We seek a skilled Design Engineer – Transmission Line with demonstrated experience in designing transmission line towers, foundations, and gantry structures. Proficiency in industry-standard design software and strong knowledge of transmission line engineering are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct route selection, including surveys and technical feasibility assessments.
- Prepare profiles, sag, and tension charts compliant with project and regulatory standards.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure designs meet all safety and quality standards.
