About the Company

We specialize in recruitment, payroll management, and remote team operations, helping global organisations hire and manage high-performing teams in India.

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Vehicle Condition Inspector to manage day-to-day inspection operations and act as the key liaison between our Israeli management team and the local inspection workforce . This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee quality and performance standards across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Coordination : Serve as the main communication bridge between the Israeli management team and the local inspection team.

Shift Management : Plan, organize, and maintain the daily shift roster for all inspection employees.

Operational Support : Actively participate in inspection shifts to maintain a hands-on understanding of workflows (Day shifts between 08 : 00–24 : 00).

Quality Assurance : Monitor inspection processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation : Review and verify the proper reporting of vehicle defects within the company’s structured information system.

Training & Mentorship : Facilitate and support training sessions conducted by the Israeli team, including the use of internal systems and basic AI tools.

Requirements :

Language Skills : Excellent command of English with high proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Experience : Prior experience in leading teams or managing shift-based operations.

Organizational Abilities : Proven skill in creating and maintaining structured schedules and workflows.

Work Hours : Availability to work in day shifts (08 : 00–24 : 00).

Tech Savvy : Comfortable working with digital tools and basic AI-based systems (training provided).
