Team Span :

Minimum 5 members (Breeder & Broiler Divisions)

Qualification :

Chartered Accountant ( CA )

Experience :

10+ years preferred (manufacturing / FMCG / agro / poultry)

Role Overview :

Accounts Head (GM / DGM)

We are seeking an accomplished

Chartered Accountant

to lead the

Accounts & Finance

function from our

Kolkata Head Office (‘Chitrakoot’) .

This senior leadership role combines

financial stewardship ,

system implementation , and

operational excellence , ensuring fiscal discipline and readiness for the Group’s next phase of growth.

This position reports directly to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership (Directors & CEO).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee

Accounts & Finance operations

across feed, breeder, and broiler units.

Strengthen

MIS, dashboards, and internal control systems

for real-time financial clarity.

Manage

statutory compliance

(GST, Income Tax, audit, ROC).

Prepare and finalize

Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and budgets .

Monitor

liquidity, working capital , and

fund utilization .

Supervise

internal audits , financial risk controls, and compliance systems.

Maintain

data integrity and confidentiality

across entities.

Drive

cost optimization

and inter-division reconciliations.

Candidate Profile

Qualification :

Chartered Accountant ( CA )

Experience :

10–18 years in manufacturing / agro / poultry / FMCG sectors

Skills : Strong foundation in

accounting, audit, and statutory compliance

Experience with

ERP or large-scale accounting environments

(Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

Proven ability to

analyze MIS, manage budgets, and optimize cash flow

Working knowledge of

Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, GST, and direct taxation

Familiarity with

ERP transitions

and data migration processes

Team leadership and cross-functional coordination across finance, operations, and technology units

Work Ethic :

High integrity, disciplined, structured, and growth-oriented — able to balance legacy experience with new-age systems

Education Plus : Alumni from

IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, NMIMS , or other

stalwart Indian management institutes

will be a strong advantage
