Prath Ventures is an early-stage venture firm specializing in Consumer Businesses and their Enablers.

We usually make our first investments ranging from INR 10-150 million and lead rounds from Seed to Series A. We are investing out of our Fund I and have made 9 investments so far.

With over 40 years of cumulative experience across the team in managing third-party capital, we have partnered with 50+ businesses from seed to growth stages across various categories. Our focus is on building the next generation of consumer brands, products, services, retailers, and enabling technologies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Investment Analyst.

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio management. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential investments, preparing detailed financial reports, and assisting in the management of current investments. The role requires close collaboration with senior team members to make informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

• High Curiosity with a demonstrated interest in Investing / Venture Capital / Consumer
• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
• Solid understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in venture capital or investment banking is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
