Associate International Sales (B2B)

Office Location : Koregaon Park, Pune | 10 am-7 pm | Mon-Friday | Onsite (No remote work)

We’re seeking a dynamic International Sales Associate to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional with 1-2 years of professional experience looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced global environment. You’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, promoting our premier B2B conferences, and contributing to our company’s continued growth in international markets.

What You'll Do :

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients across diverse geographic regions and industry verticals
• Fearlessly conduct cold calls and share events value proposition
• Navigate the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to driving sales for high-profile global business conferences
• Collaborate with the events team to understand conference themes, speaker lineups, and unique value propositions
• Develop and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain meticulous call notes, follow-up tasks and deal stages in CRM; deliver weekly pipeline and forecast reports.
