As a SAP PMO Test Manager at our organization, you will design comprehensive test strategies, develop automation plans, and lead a team of testers. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will monitor test case execution, defect tracking, and resource allocation. You will also manage the defect lifecycle, conduct risk analysis, and apply mitigation strategies.

Your responsibilities will include providing regular updates to stakeholders, using insights to inform decision-making, and integrating testing into CI / CD pipelines.

Our ideal candidate should have extensive experience working as a test manager, significant experience in testing activities on SAP projects, and extensive knowledge of automated testing.

The perfect candidate will be proficient in Tosca Tricentis, work management tools (DevOps, Cloud ALM or JIRA), and willing to work EU shift or travel internationally when needed.
