Data Science Lead

We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Data Scientists to join a world-class team of innovators.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business objectives and frame them as data science problems, with a focus on forecasting.

Design, develop, and maintain robust

data pipelines

and reproducible modeling workflows.

Explore datasets, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a team of

data scientists and senior data scientists .

Build predictive models and analytic systems, and test their performance in real-world scenarios.

Analyze experimental results, refine models, and continuously improve outcomes.

Stay updated with emerging ML / AI techniques and apply them to business problems.

Requirements

5–7 years

of experience in data analytics model development and deployment.

Proven expertise in

forecasting

and

predictive analytics .

Hands-on experience with

machine learning algorithms

for business applications.

Strong knowledge of

data management and visualization techniques .

Proficiency in

SQL, Python, R, Hadoop .

Experience managing teams of at least

2–3 members .

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to integrate analytics seamlessly with business processes.

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / BE) in

Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics , or related field.
