About the Team :
The Enterprise Applications team at Rubrik enables business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team is responsible for all the enterprise applications used at Rubrik and the relevant business processes (Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Hire to Retire, Customer Support, Legal, & Facilities). The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Chromeriver, Snowflake, Etrade, Jitterbit, Allocadia, etc.
About the role
As a Software Applications Engineering Professional, you'll play a key role in providing support on our Salesforce platform—especially in areas like Quote‑to‑Cash, Opportunity‑to‑Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlements. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with downstream systems such as NetSuite.
What you'll do
- Deep subject matter expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes using Salesforce and downstream integrated platforms such as NetSuite ensuring accurate and efficient order management.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce objects such as Order, Order Item Service Contract, Contract Line Item, Entitlement, and Asset, including their interrelationships and usage within the Quote-to-Cash and Service Contract processes.
- Ensure data security by managing profiles, permissions, roles, and sharing rules for both internal and external users.
- Hands-on experience on Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages.
- Implement and manage complex workflows, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product bundling, guided selling, pricing setup, and contract renewal management.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Integration with downstream platforms like NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
- Utilize tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Import Wizard for data migration and management.
- Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity across the Salesforce platform.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and Copado for version control and deployment.
- Experience working in an Agile project team environment.
