Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical hiring, especially within the VDI and technology domain. The ideal candidate should come from an engineering or technical background and will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment while leading and mentoring a small team. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, and offer closure.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define accurate role requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network and talent pipeline for current and future business demands.
- Implement hiring strategies to reduce turnaround time and improve sourcing efficiency.
- Ensure strong communication and relationship management with internal stakeholders and leadership.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
7+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with leadership or mentoring exposure.Prior experience hiring within the VDI / technology domain.Engineering / technical academic background enabling strong understanding of role requirements.Proven capability in sourcing, assessing, and closing niche technical talent.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team-handling skills.Skills Required
