Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in North Goa. The role involves providing high-quality guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction, upselling of the FnB products. The Associate will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to guest inquiries effectively
• Coordination and teamwork with other departments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
