Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled EUC Windows L2 Engineer to provide advanced support for Windows desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11. Familiarity with ITIL processes and remote desktop tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 support for Windows desktop issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
• Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
• Support Windows 11 rollout and ongoing maintenance.
• Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.
• Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate complex issues when necessary.
