Hiring : HR – Plant HR / Industrial Relations

Location : Aliganj, Kursi Road, Lucknow

Experience : 1–3 Years (Manufacturing / Plant HR preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR / Industrial Relations Professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and maintain a healthy industrial environment at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day plant HR operations (attendance, leave, shift management).

Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain worker & union relationships.

Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary procedures.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labour laws).

Maintain mandatory registers and support audits.

Oversee recruitment & onboarding for plant-level roles.

Lead employee engagement, welfare, and safety initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in HR / IR / Labour Welfare.

Strong knowledge of factory & labour laws.

Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup.

Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : As per industry norms
