Job Description

The candidate as Senior Interior Designer will be responsible to develop initial design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget for clients, including space planning and color schemes.

Education : Architect / Masters in Interior Design

1, Interacting with clients to know the requirements

2, Develop initial design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget for clients, including space planning and color schemes.

3, Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize design plans.

4, Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement.

5, Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications

6. Participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications

7, Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects

8, Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints

9, Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports

10, Develop technical specifications for construction projects.
