Fund Controller

We are looking for AVP of Fund Controller for a Financial MNC client in Bangalore.

Working Hours : 2PM – 11PM ( NO HYBRID )

Responsibilities

We are seeking a individual who will be part of Global fund team and responsible for –

Manage and scrutinize

property-level financial results

and full fund financial packages for reporting accuracy.

Ensure correctness in the

valuation (NAV) , performance metrics (IRR), and complex fee structures across the fund.

Take ownership of

investor transaction cycles , including capital deployment, payouts, and detailed performance tracking.

Provide essential

financial analysis and documentation

to support external auditors and key investment stakeholders.

Function as the

leader for the team , responsible for guidance, problem-solving, training, and workflow management..

Qualifications

Candidate Profile :

Seeking a highly accomplished

finance professional , ideally possessing a qualification such as CA, CPA, or MBA. The successful candidate must have direct experience in

Hedge Fund or Private Fund Controllership

or have served on a relevant fund audit team, coupled with a proven track record in

people management

and team leadership.
