About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Sales Cloud , and Salesforce CMS , Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed along with the ability to design scalable solutions and guide best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, Aura Components , and Visualforce .
• Work extensively on Sales Cloud to develop and optimize sales processes and automation.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Architects) to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and optimize performance.
• Support and enhance Salesforce CMS components and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development standards and guidelines.
