Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Estimator located in Aurangabad. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, analyzing blueprints, collaborating with engineers and architects, and identifying labor, material, and time requirements. The Civil Estimator will also evaluate supplier bids, recommend cost-effective solutions, and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Quantity Takeoff, and Budget Analysis
• Knowledge of Construction Materials, Methods, and Practices
• Familiarity with Blueprints, Plans, and Technical Specifications Analysis
• Skill in Software Tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Estimation Software
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or in the construction industry will be an advantage
