A respected international education group is looking for a Regional Learning Director to support and develop several British-curriculum schools in India.

This role offers a rare professional step : a move from school-based leadership to system-level leadership.

• You’ll broaden your perspective, work with a network of talented Heads, and influence learning design and teacher development at scale;

Your focus will be to :

Partner with Heads and senior teams to refine academic strategy and curriculum.

Use evidence to drive improvement and consistency in British-curriculum delivery.

Build collaborative professional learning cultures across schools.

Connect educators and share effective practice regionally and internationally.

You’ll bring deep understanding of British-curriculum learning and the judgement that comes from experience. In return, you’ll gain a platform to shape outcomes far beyond one campus.
