About the Role
We’re looking for a high-velocity Talent Acquisition Specialists for our Gurgaon Office who can drive end-to-end sourcing across different languages. This role demands precision, hustle, and a data-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Own sourcing and hiring for outbound mandates across diverse roles and languages.
Leverage LinkedIn Premium and any other creative channels to generate a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline.
Maintain strong sourcing velocity while ensuring candidate–role alignment.
Track, report, and optimize funnel metrics to hit weekly and monthly targets.
Drive structured coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth closures.
Qualifications
BBA / MBA
Proven experience of 1-3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in B2B consulting, staffing, multilingual or solutioning ecosystems.
Required Skills
Strong sourcing acumen with the ability to “find talent anywhere.”
Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, fast-moving environment.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Well versed with different job portals.
Pay range and compensation package
CTC : Upto ₹3 LPA
