JSR Architects is growing, and we're seeking a motivated Construction Estimator to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about cost planning, have strong attention to detail, and want to be part of a forward-thinking architecture firm — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Examine architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project scope

Conduct detailed material take-offs and quantity surveys for accurate project cost estimation

Prepare BOQs, cost proposals, and budgeting documents for various project typologies

Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure cost alignment and feasibility

Utilize PlanSwift or similar estimating software for professional cost estimates

Track market pricing, vendor costs, and update material databases

Skills & Qualifications

• ️ Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• ️ Proficiency in PlanSwift is mandatory
• ️ Strong English communication skills — written & verbal
• ️ Experience in residential & commercial building estimation
• ️ Ability to work with numerical accuracy & timelines

✨ Previous experience working with international clients will be an added advantage

✨ Preference for candidates located in and around Erode
