IT) Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of IT concepts Ready to work in US time zone Interest in recruitment, staffing & interacting with US MNCs Sourcing talent on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder Technical resume screening using your IT background Full-cycle US Staffing training Exposure to Fortune-level MNC requirements Understanding W2, C2C, 1099 hiring End-to-end recruitment coordination & ATS management
