Candidates with only IT hiring experience will not be considered.Position : Senior Recruitment Executive – Oil & GasExperience Required : Minimum 5+ years in a Recruitment Agency (non-IT only)Location : ChennaiKey Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering sectors.Source candidates through portals, references, networking, and headhunting.Manage bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects.Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy / manpower agency (not corporate HR).Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes and compliance.Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
