💼 Role : Operations Executive (Mini Founder Mindset)

You will handle day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery across Woo Studio.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with customers, service partners, and internal teams
• Manage bookings, schedules, and real-time issue resolution
• Ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction
• Take ownership of daily numbers and process improvements
• Help build new systems, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Work closely with the founders on fast-paced problem solving
• Drive growth through smart planning and execution
