For our global Total Rewards Team we are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst based in India to support initiatives across EMEA and APAC. Reporting to our Total Rewards Senior Manager in the Netherlands, this role is ideal for someone eager to grow and take our global strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, design, evaluation, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, including base pay, variable pay, benefits, and health and wellness.
- Administer day-to-day Total Rewards programs, manage queries, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including communication plans and training for HR business partners.
- Analyze data and create reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure Total Rewards programs are well-communicated through training, company-wide communication efforts, and distribution of materials.
- Participate in benchmarking surveys and market research to identify trends and best practices.
- Provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations to HR business partners and managers regarding colleagues’ total rewards packages.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience.Global mindset and approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.Solid knowledge of Total Rewards principles.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience with HRIS; willingness to learn new software as needed.At Greif, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
