Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Security Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens SCADA and PROFINET with a strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards. This role involves ensuring the security and integrity of our systems contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain security measures for Siemens SCADA and PROFINET systems.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of operations.

Provide technical support and guidance on security-related issues.

Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.

Ensure that all security measures are up-to-date and effective.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on security best practices.

Maintain detailed records of security incidents and actions taken.

Work with external partners and vendors to enhance security measures.

Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Prepare reports and presentations on security status and improvements.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Siemens SCADA and PROFINET systems.

Have experience in conducting security assessments and audits.

Be knowledgeable about industry standards and compliance requirements.

Demonstrate the ability to monitor and analyze network traffic.

Show proficiency in developing and enforcing security policies.

Have experience in incident response and investigation.

Be capable of providing technical support and guidance.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Be adept at maintaining detailed records and preparing reports.

Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies.

Have experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Possess a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

Experience with 21 CFR compliance is a plus.
