Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and product requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Support UAT and change management activities.
