Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a PR & Communications - Management Trainee, located in Gurgaon. The Management Trainee will be involved in day-to-day PR activities, researching and writing content on complex client issues, media outreach, and building relationships with high-value partners.

Responsibilities

The candidate should meet the following requirements :

Create compelling and strategic content, including press releases, articles, and other materials based on client requirements

Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists across relevant media outlets.

Pitch client stories and secure media coverage, ensuring positive visibility for clients in targeted publications.

Monitor and analyse media coverage, generate regular coverage reports, trackers, dossiers and WIP updates

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences subject, Journalism or Communication. Desirable qualifications : 0-1 year of work experience in a PR or Media platform handling diverse clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of public relations principles and media landscape

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
