Role- Finacle Helpdesk
Perform EOD / BOD activities
Key Responsibilities
- Major issues of Core Banking application Finacle.
- Responsibility of delivering END - to-END resolution and call closer process.
- Providing Navigational support for resolving the queries related to Cash Handling, Liabilities, Loans and Advances, Clearing and remittances issues on Finacle application.
- Providing voice call support to bank users.
- Handling Finacle CRM related issues
- Resolving Interest application issues for CASA, Loans, CC, OD, and TD accounts.
- Solving service calls and pending calls.
- Handling locker and Chargeman related issues
- Provide support to do EOD activities of all the Branches / SOLs.
- Report generations : - Daily report, Weekly report, Fortnight report, MIS report at month end along with graphical presentation.
Qualifications
BE / B.tech / MCA / MBA / BSc Computer - 60% and above.
Knowledge of ITIL business process.
Exp in banking domain.
Exp in Finacle 10x.
Role Proficiencies : 1. 2 to 4 years
2. Working Knowledge of Finacle 10x.
3. Work schedule 24 / 7 on rotational shifts.
4. Knowledge in SQL and basic language in linux / unix.
5. Basic knowledge in Finacle customization
