Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Direct Selling Agent Vertical, based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Direct Selling Agent vertical for Loan Against Property. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales strategies, managing and training the sales team, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all sales activities are in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the bank.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, particularly in Loan Against Property, and Direct Selling Agent management
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in market research and client relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Chennai market is a plus
