Job Summary :

Blujay Robotics is seeking a skilled Purchase / Dispatch Coordinator to manage material movement, inventory tracking, and logistics documentation across factory and site locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stores, logistics, and purchase operations, along with strong coordination and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between factory and site stores for material movement.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Track inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates.
Prepare daily and weekly material movement reports.
Liaise with internal departments to fulfil material requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and storage practices.
Support the store in day-to-day operations.
Prepare and manage documentation for all material movement and logistics operations across the company.

Requirements :

Mandatory experience in Stores, Logistics and Purchase Operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical.

Basic knowledge of inventory management preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
