About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in .NET applications, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple .NET software development projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate between clients, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Oversee the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Conduct project planning sessions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in .NET development.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project milestones, timelines, and outcomes.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and SQL Server .
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps / Jira / TFS for project and release management.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs , and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines , version control (Git), and software quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
