Job description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial reporting and management

  • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and reports to senior management to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, report working capital, and overall financial assets and liabilities to ensure financial stability.
  • Handle monthly and year-end closing processes

Cost accounting and analysis

  • Supervise all commercial operations for the factory, including accounts, costing, and taxation.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to track manufacturing costs, production efficiency, and profitability.
  • Budgeting and forecasting

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads to develop and track budgets.
  • Develop actionable insights from financial and technical data to manage risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Compliance and auditing

  • Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations.
  • Oversee all statutory compliance requirements, including direct and indirect taxes, company law filings, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external authorities (internal auditors and banks).
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • CA + CS can also be preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and manufacturing cost structures
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of taxation and other relevant commercial and regulatory laws
  • Exceptional Leadership, managerial, and team development skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Experience in creating and presenting financial reports to various stakeholders.
