Department : Operations

Summary :

Lead reliability and maintenance planning across the processing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Drive continuous improvement, asset reliability, and effective execution of sustaining Capex.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead reliability & maintenance planning across all plant areas

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies

Develop and execute reliability and Capex improvement plans

Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions

Foster cross-functional collaboration and team development

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering

10+ years in heavy industry

Strong leadership, planning, and budgeting experience

Knowledge of reliability standards and statutory obligations

Experience in remote operations and multidisciplinary teams
