What You Will Be Doing

• Tending to the everyday requests and questions from Elasticians on NetSuite and additional systems
• Administrative tasks on NetSuite including but not limited to company settings employee access management form edits Saved Search support Financial Reporting Support and workflows
• 3rd party bundle management and coordination of testing associated with bundle upgrades
• Working closely with Sr. Admins to identify risk areas and opportunities for system enhancements
• Participating in our agile development process with our team of NetSuite administrators & developers to design test and implement new features on NetSuite
• Supporting all Finance Systems including Concur (expense management) Avalara (tax management) RevPro (revenue recognition) and Stripe (payment processing) plus involvement in standard SOX control management
