Senior Leader - Social Impact, Capacity Building (27 / 10 / 2025)

A leading capacity-building organisation in the non-profit sector is seeking a Senior Leader to guide its next phase of growth and impact.

The organization is looking for a passionate, dynamic and collaborative leader with over 15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the social sector. The ideal individual must have independent leadership experience, demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and have an inspiring persona. Experience in business development and program management is required. The right candidate will bring a balance of visionary thinking, sectoral expertise, and executional rigour. Prior consulting experience - whether in the corporate or development sector, will be considered an advantage.
