We are looking for a data-driven D2C Growth Manager to scale our online revenue, optimize customer journeys, and lead end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics.
• Responsible for meeting monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the brand website.
• Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and influencer channels.
• Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty / referral programs.
• Own CRO, run A / B experiments, improve website / landing page funnels, and work with tech / design for UX upgrades.
• Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations / RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.
