Job description2 to 5 years of recruitment experience , with at least 3 years dedicated to Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles . Experience managing multiple requisitions with tight deadlines. Proficiency in ATS / CRM systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter ect.). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Manage full-cycle recruiting across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing verticals (contract, direct hire, and executive searches) . Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, etc.) to identify top-tier candidates.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter for US Staffing with deep expertise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing domains . The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of working with complex technical roles, a strong understanding of industry-specific talent pools to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
- Work Style : Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Tues, Wed & Thurs) & 2 Days Remote on (Monday & Fri)
- Work Location : Koramangala, Bangalore
