Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support organization at Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers ensuring quick resolution of complex issues and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering and Cloud Operations to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Agentic platform.
