Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at The Velvet Lounge, located in Kolhapur. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk activities including greeting and assisting guests and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience in Clerical Skills and Communication
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
