Job Title : Service Manager

Location : Chennai, Thirunindravur Industrial estate. Tamil Nadu (Office-based – May have to visit clients places)

Job Type : Full-Time

Reports To : Service Head

CTC – 8 to 9 Lakhs per annum + Site allowance provided for field visits as applicable

Job Summary

Manage service operations, coordinate customer requirements, deploy service teams for site

visits, and improve turnaround time (TAT) for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service engineers, technicians, and support staff
• Coordinate with customers on service requirements and complaints
• Plan and schedule service team visits to customer sites
• Monitor service delivery and ensure timely completion of work
• Track and reduce TAT for installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues
• Maintain service records, reports, and performance data
• Monitor service budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Identify process improvements for better efficiency
