Job Overview
Assist with various project-related activities including administrative tasks, internal process management, and workflow tracking to support efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Memberships & Payments
- Create and track workflows in the internal procurement system.
- Maintain memberships with external organizations.
- Record, track invoices and payments; follow up with accounts payable as needed.
- Editorial Tasks
- Maintain and update presentation templates.
- Update policies and other company documents.
- Meeting Tracking
- Create and update records of meetings and attendance in internal logs.
- Travel Booking & Expense Reports
- Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa arrangements for travelers.
- Prepare timely expense reports.
- Planning & Reporting
- Create and update spreadsheets to track project metrics.
- Generate monthly reports and update homepage content.
- Provide support to other assistants and take on additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years experience in project analysis and / or administration.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Proactive, self-motivated with strong organizational skills.Strong team player.Experience with Qualcomm EzER, MarkView, iProq systems (plus).Familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce (plus).Analytical skills are an advantage.Skills Required
