Job Title : Relationship Manager – Mortgage

Department : Retail Assets – Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)

CTC : Up to 4 LPA

Location :  Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Source mortgage business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.

Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Handle end-to-end sales process including lead generation, documentation, and disbursement.

Ensure achievement of individual targets as per business plan.

Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

Education : Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience : 1–3 years in Mortgage Sales / DSA handling

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of mortgage products (HL / LAP)
