We are seeking a motivated Production Manager / Trainee to join our food manufacturing team in Nairobi. This role offers hands-on exposure to production operations, quality assurance, and process optimization. Ideal for candidates looking to build a career in food manufacturing and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production activities to ensure efficiency and quality
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Support process improvements and production planning

Requirements

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
