Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and design job descriptions.

Performance Management :

Develop and oversee performance management systems, including regular appraisals and feedback mechanisms.

Recommend training and development opportunities to enhance employee skill sets.

Employee Management & Retention :

Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and inform future retention strategies.

Onboarding :

Manage and enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.

Design engaging programs to help new employees understand company culture and values.

HR Policies :

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and ensure they align with company objectives and best practices.

Communicate and enforce HR policies effectively across the organization.

HR Tech Utilisation :

Effectively use the existing HR technology platforms to manage processes such as performance tracking and employee engagement.

Update and optimise HR tech tools to keep up with the latest trends and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with HR tech platforms and a proactive approach to utilising and upgrading them.

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
