In this role, you will guide aspiring learners, provide personalized academic solutions, and drive successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student queries and proactively follow up with leads (database provided).
• Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollment and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos for prospective students.
• Match educational programs with individual career goals.
• Present product knowledge confidently and persuasively.
• Build long-term relationships with students through active listening and empathy.
• Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in CRM systems.
• Share weekly performance and sales reports with management.
• Ensure student satisfaction to boost referrals and retention.
• Stay updated on new programs and industry trends through regular training.
