BI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build insightful dashboards, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards , stories, and reports.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards , datasets, dataflows, and paginated reports.
• Develop Power Apps applications to support business processes and integrate with data sources.
• Create end-to-end workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud data platforms, and Excel / CSV.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual design best practices.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across BI platforms.
