Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and approach potential customers (retailers, distributors, hospitals, doctors, or clients, depending on industry).
  • Promote and sell products / services through field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, B2B].
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience handling a similar geographic territory or product line.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
