Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers (retailers, distributors, hospitals, doctors, or clients, depending on industry).
- Promote and sell products / services through field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, B2B].Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience handling a similar geographic territory or product line.Understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.Skills Required
