Role Overview

We’re looking for a Manager – Finance (Ideally from a banking or NBFC background) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a CA (1–2 years PQE) or semi-qualified (Inter CA) professional with hands-on experience in NBFC or Banking operations. This role involves managing core financial functions, regulatory compliance, and audits in alignment with RBI and taxation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end core finance and accounting operations for the NBFC arm.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, direct and indirect tax regulations, and all statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits — ensuring timely closure and accuracy.
• Handle financial reporting, MIS preparation, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banking partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting NBFC operations.
• Support management in financial decision-making through robust analysis and insights.
