Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Growth Leader who is energetic, driven by purpose, and confident in building human connections.

This is not hardcore cold-calling. It’s consultative selling — where you help professionals take control of their financial future through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a GMT strategy, own it, and execute it.
- Managing organizational sales by developing strategic plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Driving sales as an individual contributor, as a team lead as well as a manager.
- Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients.
- Oversight of team – organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities
- Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales)
- Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth
- To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.
- Engage with inbound leads (via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and help them understand our offering
- Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process
- Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight
- Work with the founder and marketing team to refine messaging and user journey
- Collaborate with the research team to stay updated on product evolution and insights
Required Skills & Traits
Strong communication and active listening skills3-4 years of experience in Sales in the finance industry like working with broking, equity research, PMS firms.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with CXOsand frontline users alike.Experience working in cross-functional environments across product, engineering, and customerTeams.Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint / Google Slides; bonus points for familiarity with financial products.A self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for helping customers succeedWhat We Offer :
