Responsible Pan India for New Business Development for Distributors. (Trade )

Leading a team of Senior Managers and Managers and strategizing for augmenting sales & revenue in line with the company targets

2) Driving the sales of all coated products such as CRGP / HRGP, GC, GL, PPGI & PPGL & so on at all India level

3) Developing strategic & tactical plans at organizational & business unit level in order to achieve sales & financial targets as per the monthly business plan / annual business plan

4) Identifying opportunities to acquire new customers & ensure repeat purchase; implementing CRM initiatives to engage customers

5) Steering business growth in terms of value, volume and market share by introducing new ideas & concepts

6) Establishing relations with KAM and Customers to achieve sales target

7) Maintaining regular coordination with Production Planning Team, Commercial and Logistics Team; coordinating with customers, gathering requirements and communicating the same to Production Team

8) Designing and implementing complex yet workable business strategy which concentrates on developing business

9) Conducting frequent customer visits to understand requirement & strengthen relation

10) Monitoring the financial arrangements of customers, keeping a check on financial projections, cash flow projections, reports and budgets

11) Ensuring timely order booking & supply and payments by customer

12) Interfacing with Plant Team to understand new products and quality specifications

13) Mentoring & monitoring the performance of diverse team to ensure efficiency in process

14) Evolving competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels; conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources

15) Ensuring achievement of KPIs in terms of productivity, operating efficiency, rejection, cost & customer service
